Lori Greymont

Lori Greymont is a small business owner who grew up in a family that would buy fixer-uppers and spend their weekends repairing homes. As of 2000, she started acquiring properties and developing her real estate portfolio. She has experience with various aspects of real estate investing from the tried and true “buy and hold” strategy, to rehabbing, wholesaling, multifamily, land banking, development and syndication. As part of her experience and portfolio Lori manages around 76 units nationwide, in markets like Austin, Myrtle Beach, Huntsville and Scottsdale. As an investor, she is always seeking market trend data which helps her develop key strategies that work in of the ever changing platform of real estate cycles.

Her personal experiences, consulting with business owners, mortgage background and knowledge of real estate investing provides her with creative insights on how people can use real estate to build wealth for today and the future. She earned a B.S. in Accounting, is married to a wonderful husband Michael and has four beautiful children to keep her entertained when she isn’t working.
