Linda A. Winslow graduated from the University of Montana
with a Journalism degree in 1973. She attended the
University
of Washington Law School where she
distinguished herself working on the
Washington
Law Review. She received her J.D in 1988 with Honors. Formerly, Ms. Winslow was
a Senior Tax Manager with a mid-size professional services firm in the Seattle area for many
years. Her practice focused on tax consulting and compliance services for
individuals, trusts and estate tax exempt organizations. She is a former
associate with Deloitte & Touche where she prepared and reviewed tax returns and
provided tax research and advice in the real estate and financial services
sectors. She has practiced law in Seattle area since 1988 in the areas of estate
planning, business transactions, litigation and representation before the
Internal Revenue Service.
Her tax lectures to groups of accountants, attorneys, real estate professionals,
small business people and investors, cover a variety of topics: retirement
planning for real estate investors, charitable giving plans for individuals, and
representation of individuals in federal and state audits and controversies. She
has given speeches, workshops and seminars for the SeattleKingCounty
Association of Realtors, Washington State Bar Association, and the Commercial
Brokers Association, among others.
Most recently, Ms. Winslow took on the role of Executive Vice-President of
National Operations of Kingman Winslow LLC providing tax, financial and business
consultation as well as tax preparation for real estate agents, brokers and
developers exclusively.
